Hi! I'm Coach Kandi and I am the proud owner of Coach Kandi, LLC, KandiSparklez CraftWorld, LLC, and AppleHeadz Sweetz Boutique.

 

Who knew that I would open Memphis’ FIRST Veteran, Female owned craft store and paint splatter room?

 

My journey as an entrepreneur began in 1995, becoming a mentor/life coach in 1996. I worked as a corporate trainer for many years before branching out and becoming a full-time entrepreneur.

My entrepreneurship journey began with an AMAZING career as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant in 1996 then becoming a part of the to two percent to the company earning the status as a Mary Kay Independent Sales Director and the use of a FREE company car. This accomplishment is one of her favorites because earning the use of an MK career car is a symbol of the number of women you helped to become successful in their MK business.

 

Throughout the years, I have been mentored by several of the most prominent women in the coaching industry, gaining the knowledge and skills needed to become the CEO of three successful businesses. My family has always been extremely supportive and has worked with me every step of the way. I have a strong passion for helping others grow financially, but more important mentally.
